How long does it take for a Wedding/Couples Portrait once I've ordered it?

For the Wedding/Couples Portrait, once I receive the photo(s) you want to have painted, it will be about 10-14 business days. Once complete, it will be shipped to you via USPS.

How long does it take for a Custom Pet Ear Portrait once I've ordered it?

For the Custom Pet Ear Portraits, once I receive the photo(s) you want of your pet, it will be about 5-9 business days. Once complete, it will be shipped to you via USPS.

For the Live Watercolor Guest Portraits, how many can you complete at the event?

Each portrait takes about 15 minutes to complete, so not all will be completed by the end of your event. In that case, there are different packages that can accommodate your needs! One of which include a service that I send your guests their portraits directly to them, where the other package incudes sending the portraits that weren't completed at the event directly to you and you distribute them yourself. 

In the case of not completing all portraits the day of the event, the additional portraits will be painted, packaged and sent out within 5-9 business days of your event.

How is your art packaged to ensure it doesn't damage in the mail?

I take great care in packaging each of my pieces. Each piece of art comes packaged in a clear package that is sealed shut. Within that package, behind each piece of art is a piece of cardboard, to ensure your art won't bend of fold. That package is then put into a packaging slip and sent to you!

While there are not returns or exchanges, if your piece arrives damaged, please reach out and we can't discuss how to best move forward.
